In this art studio session, inspired by Spring-time buds, blossoms & botanicals, you'll explore arranging natural and floral elements into creative compositions that spark you into painting flow. From flamboyant flemish Flower-paintings to japanese, Zen-like simplicity, to Georgia O'Keefe flowerscapes, to Van Gogh's expressionistic sunflowers in a vase.... artists around the world and through the ages, have found beauty, enjoyment and inspiration in the worlds of flowers, plants and botanical things.
This is a workshop for all ages. No experience is necessary.

Your guide, Manya Marais, has facilitated hundreds of art workshops, helping creative souls tap into their original voice, authentic expression and creative flow. She especially enjoys leading artmaking journeys that evoke an imaginative, soulful response to the natural world around and within us.
