PERTINENT INFORMATION FOR PARTICIPANTS IN ART EXHIBITIONS AND ART WORKSHOPS:
The exhibitions and workshops may include any arts discipline and genre.
This is a Plett Tourism initiative. Advertising, marketing and media for the Plett Arts Festival will be managed by the PT Association at no cost to participants, you will be responsible for the marketing of your own event in addition to the Plett Tourism marketing effort.
There is no cost to participants for being a partner in the festival. If you have sponsors, PT can include exposure for them on the website, to be confirmed following discussion on the details.
If your venue is on Main Street or in close proximity, you can participate in the PLETT ARTS TWILIGHT MEANDER from 4 pm – 8 pm on Friday 20 September. This is the opening night of Plett Arts Festival, with open galleries, artists in attendance, wine and snacks, and music at your venues, arranged and financed by yourselves. We will engage more on this event nearer the time, and the contribution that Plett Tourism will make.
Ticket sales for your workshops or special events will be managed by yourselves. A link to your on-line tickets can be added to your information on the PAF website, or your contact details.
If audio and visual recordings, and images of your event are made by Plett Tourism, Plett Tourism reserves all rights to use these on Plett Tourism media platforms and share with media partners. These will be available for your own use as well, to be utilised with acknowledgement to Plett Arts Festival and Plett it’s a Feeling and use of branding.
You will be provided with a link to media kits, images and festival information, and are requested to commit to promoting the event to your databases.
